All study materials, documents, and resources hosted on this platform are meticulously sourced from publicly available free platforms. Project JEE by Glitch Galaxy acts merely as an aggregator and distributor of these educational materials. The platform makes no warranties regarding the absolute accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the study materials, and users are advised to cross-reference critical information.

To maintain a safe and productive environment for all students, users must strictly adhere to acceptable usage guidelines. Users must not misuse, hack, disrupt, or attempt to interfere with the platform's infrastructure, databases, or operations in any manner. Any automated scraping, unauthorized distribution, mass harvesting of exam papers, or malicious cyber activity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of access.

We highly encourage collaborative learning. Students can voluntarily share their personal study resources, question explanations, and formula notes for free. By submitting resources to the platform, contributors grant Project JEE an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive permission to display, distribute, and format these materials on the platform without royalty claims, commercial licensing barriers, or copyright disputes.

We value and celebrate our contributors while deeply respecting their privacy. With explicit consent, a contributor's photo or custom avatar is featured in the 'Our Family' live flow on the home page for a lifetime, provided the submitted resource successfully passes our quality-check test and qualifies for addition to the official resources repository. To protect student privacy, contributors may request stylized anonymity or Morse code representation. Users may opt out of public attribution at any time by contacting support.

Quality assurance and student safety are paramount. All community posts and comments are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile anti-bot verification. Every registered student receives 25 free comments daily to support collaborative problem solving; subsequent comments use 0.50 CR per post. Authors may edit their comments within 10 minutes and delete within 2 hours. When any post receives 50 or more independent community reports, the platform automatically removes the post from public circulation pending staff arbitration. To safeguard against false positives, a user's first automated post removal does not incur a Black Dot penalty. Subsequent confirmed violations result in account strikes (Black Dots). Accounts with repeated infractions face automated posting cooldowns or suspension. Users subject to an account restriction or temporary block can submit an appeal through the integrated Support Helpdesk (/support), where authenticated student credentials and issue context are automatically verified for expedited resolution. During scheduled platform maintenance or lockdown mode, interactive functions are temporarily locked to protect system integrity.

Project JEE operates as a free, open-access academic portal dedicated to students across India. Users may voluntarily contribute financial gratuities to assist in covering server infrastructure, cloud database infrastructure, high-speed PDF CDN bandwidth, and AI calculation compute costs via the integrated Razorpay payment gateway. All financial contributions are strictly voluntary. Making a contribution does not constitute a commercial purchase of goods, coaching services, premium memberships, tutoring, or examination rank guarantees. All educational materials, past year papers, calculators, and doubt-solving features remain 100% free and accessible to every student equally, regardless of donation history. Razorpay transactions support UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, Cred), Debit/Credit Cards, and NetBanking under Reserve Bank of India (RBI) standards.

Because contributions are made voluntarily as non-commercial gratuities and are immediately committed toward server operating expenses, cloud database bandwidth, and platform uptime, donations are generally non-refundable once successfully processed by Razorpay. In the rare event of a technical transaction failure, network timeout, or accidental duplicate debit where an amount was deducted more than once for a single intended contribution, donors are entitled to request an investigation within seven (7) calendar days of the transaction date. To request a review, email projectjee.glitchgalaxy@gmail.com with your full name, payment date, Razorpay Payment ID (pay_xxx), and bank reference number (UTR). Verified duplicate charges will be reversed directly back to the original funding account or card within 5 to 7 business banking days.

Project JEE uses essential browser cookies and local storage items strictly necessary to maintain your login session (secure session tokens), remember your visual theme preference (dark/light mode), preserve focus study timer anti-cheat states, and record cookie consent decisions. We never deploy third-party advertising cookies or behavioural tracking trackers. Optional anonymous analytics cookies help us monitor server load, page response times, and system reliability during intense exam seasons. You maintain complete control and can update your cookie preferences or toggle off analytics at any time using the 'Cookie Preferences' tool accessible from the website footer.

To foster authentic study discipline, the Strict Focus Study Timer incorporates strict anti-distraction rules: navigating away from an active study session tab or minimizing your browser window results in immediate session cancellation, a 2-credit deduction, and a mandatory 6-Hour 7-Minute timer cooldown lockout. If you experience a system bug, broken question paper PDF, or believe an automated lockout was triggered erroneously due to a browser crash, you can report the issue immediately through the 'Report Problem' window (logged directly to our secure report arbitration system) or reach our technical team at projectjee.glitchgalaxy@gmail.com for prompt investigation.

Your personal data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes. These Terms and Conditions and any associated disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. These terms are also subject to the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India). If your data grievance is not resolved within 30 days of raising it with our Grievance Officer, you may escalate the matter to the Data Protection Board of India.

The AI Doubt Solver is an automated educational assistant engineered to provide step-by-step mathematical reasoning, LaTeX formulas, and concept explanations for JEE physics, chemistry, and mathematics preparation. To ensure equitable, high-availability access for all students, users are subject to the following fair-use terms: 1. Daily Allowance & Quota: Each registered student receives a generous allowance of 20 doubts per day at zero credit cost (0.00 CR). Quotas refresh automatically every day at 00:00 UTC (5:30 AM IST). Real-time quota progress can be tracked in the AI Solver and in the student Control Center. 2. AI Accuracy & Educational Disclaimer: AI models can make mistakes. The step-by-step mathematical derivations, formulas, and explanations provided are supplementary learning aids and should always be cross-checked with standard textbooks and official answer keys. Project JEE makes no guarantees regarding mathematical perfection or exam scores. 3. Third-Party AI Processing: Because the AI Doubt Solver is provided to students completely free of cost, the queries, text prompts, and problem images you submit in the AI solver are collected and transmitted to Google for computational processing and response generation. Only what you chat or submit as a doubt with the AI is sent to Google; your account credentials, passwords, email, credit ledger, and focus timer records are never shared. 4. Authentic Academic Use: The AI solver is intended solely for personal study, homework assistance, and conceptual doubt resolution. Utilizing automated bots, web scrapers, scripted query loops, or mass-extraction tools is strictly prohibited.
